We are currently seeking a qualified Full-Time Maintenance Technician , to work in our Nottingham, PA facility!
YOUR WORK WEEK:
SCHEDULE: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
SHIFT: 3 rd Shift: 9:00 pm – 7:00 am
Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments.
Coordinate with team members to diagnose problems and repair equipment.
Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Perform preventable maintenance on equipment as required.
Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction.
Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. Ability to repair equipment breakdowns in a timely and thorough manner.
Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the establishment.
Other duties may be assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:
Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Possess mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills as well as knowledge of PLC Technology and industrial electronics is preferred.
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to operate hand and power tools, as well as motor vehicles, including a forklift.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English.
Must pass a job-related assessment with a score of 70% or better. Must possess a stable work history with good references.
Frequently using hands and fingers; including turning handles, valves, and using assorted hand tools; reach with hands and arms above shoulder height; climb stairs or balance on a ladder and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or bend.
Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
