Located in Carrollton, TX - Redstone Foods, Inc. is the largest wholesale distributor of bulk, novelty, and old-fashioned candy and craft soda in the Southwest. Our 100,000 sq. ft. temperature-controlled warehouse houses over 7,500 brands of candy and soda that are distributed to retail.

We are looking for individuals to join our 3rd shift team that is focused on pulling and packing orders to be shipped the next day. Our ideal candidate is self-driven with a keen eye for attention to detail. Applicants must also be comfortable working the night shift.

The 3rd shift will work 4/10-hour days from 9:00pm – 7:30am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Employees will have Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays off. An employee is guaranteed 40 hours each week. In addition to our competitive starting wage we offer a quarterly bonus of $500 for attendance, and satisfactory performance.

Applicants should be comfortable working the night shift in a warehouse setting and a growing environment. This position may include but is not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Pull customer orders by following printed customer pick lists
• Locate and pull items by using the most efficient pathway in the warehouse
• Communicate with the 3rd shift Supervisor or Assistant Lead and co-workers to ensure accuracy of all pulled orders
• Transport pulled items to checking station to verify order
• Package customer orders by following proper protocols
• Participate in inventory cycle counts
• Keep warehouse organized and clean to maintain safety and health regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working in a warehouse
• Positive can-do attitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, push carts over 60 lbs, and use ladders
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack and organize pallets
• Must be able to physically stand, reach, pull, bend, stoop and kneel for long periods of time
