Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Company: Orkin Pest Control/Sawyer, Inc.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Post work orders to create invoices for billing clients
Print & Email Invoices
- Client Account Reconciliation
- Post payments to client accounts
- Update payment methods
- Accounts Receivable/Collections (print, email, phone calls)
Cash Receipts/Check and Credit Card Deposits
- Daily bank deposit
- Data entry
- Data Analysis
- Month end reconciliation, processing and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in collections
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards
High attention to detail and accuracy
- Qualified candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
