Having recently expanded, Elysian is looking for the right candidate to add to our growing team. This Full-Time Account Manager Apprentice position is for someone that has great customer service and communication skills and is looking for a career not just another position.
Daily Responsibilities Trained in:
- New customer acquisition
- Client retention
- Customer communication and tracking
- Usage of platforms such as Salesforce and SecurityTraxx
- Attend business meetings and workshops discussing campaign strategies
- Effectively work within a team environment as while as independently
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Committed to starting a career path in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Solid time management skills
- English/Spanish- bilingual is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
