We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our top ranked team in Oklahoma City, OK. The primary responsibility of this role is to support our customers by providing superior customer service, developing strong relationships, and identifying customer needs. You will advise, promote, sell, and manage customer accounts. In this role you will also coordinate internal and external resources to ensure customer inquiries are resolved in an efficient manner. Compensation:$50,000
Responsibilities:- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their goals and objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
- Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor and track changes in the competitive landscape, market conditions, and industry trends.
- US Work Authorization
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient customer management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
