We are seeking an Account Manager to work with a great team in a fast-paced, professional environment. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for a base of existing clients providing day-to-day technical support and service to make sure their communications package is running at optimum efficiency for the client’s needs. In this position you will also call on new business leads and partner with them to design, quote and implement cutting-edge telecommunications to drive the success of their business. The ideal candidate will be able to work both individually and in a team environment, have impeccable attention-to-detail, and strong communication skills.
Job Details:
Job Location: Elk Grove, California
Classification: In-Office / Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities and Duties
Client Support:
- Troubleshoot simple voice and internet issues with clients over the phone; provide guidance to reboot and repair system
- Create repair tickets to providers and follow up with provider and client until the issue is resolved
- Ensure Salesforce is updated with all details of the troubleshooting and repair process
- Support clients with billing issues and concerns
Client Development:
- Assist clients with saving money on their phone and internet bills by evaluating existing services and making suggestions for improved cost and efficiency
- Enable customers to increase internet speed
- Request quotes for internet/phone service from Intelisys providers
- Review quotes with clients and place orders for voice and internet services
- Coordinate installation teams
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software; strong focus on Excel
- Salesforce and QuickBooks experience would be a huge plus (not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve successfully
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to arrive early and stay late to meet deadlines when necessary
- Must be able to display strong ethics when handling confidential information
