John Mini is looking for an Account Manager for our Indoor Landscaping department. This role will oversee the service for our prestigious clients throughout Westchester and Connecticut! This role will support both working from home, and being in the field meeting with your team and clients.

You will:

• Cultivate strong client relationships, and continually assessing ongoing/future client needs
• Manage and motivate a group of passionate horticulturists to deliver high quality service of plants
• Expand client base and increase revenue
  
• Proactively seeking methods to perform work more efficiently and to the highest of standards
  
• Maintain all costs to run the service group at or below budget
• Collaborate with team to identify and execute training steps for personnel development, for self and team

You are:

You have:

• 3 years managerial/supervisory experience
• Knowledge/educational background in Horticulture
• Experience in sales/customer service
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills: can engage and connect with potential clients over the phone and in person
