Responsibilities:
Expenses:
- Collect by the due date
- Ensure accuracy and code to the correct account and have the supervisor sign off
- Post the and notify Corporate when completed
Timesheets:
- Collect by the due date
- Ensure the accuracy of hours, OH project numbers and Labor Codes
- Prepare reports for PMs
- Post the and notify Corporate when completed
Assisting Accounting Administrator:
- Gather supporting documents for monthly invoicing
- Enter Accounts Payable Invoices
- Order Office Supplies
- Gather all information needed for MWBE Reporting
- Assist in Monthly Closeout
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prompt and punctual
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration
- Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
- Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
