Oyhut Bay Seaside Village is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team and provide support to the accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our Company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and other documents.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
- Providing ad hoc support when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
