Job Description
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining active contracts and pricing in accordance with our vendor agreements and customer contracts.
The Finance Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
6 - 12 months required experience in finance, accounting, accounting admin support or related area.
Basic knowledge of MSOffice Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
1 - 2 years required experience in finance, accounting, accounting admin support or related area within the foodservice industry.
Proficient knowledge in Excel, to include PivotTables.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks in a fast paced, changing environment.

Job Description
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining active contracts and pricing in accordance with our vendor agreements and customer contracts.
The Finance Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
- Maintains all active contracts.
- Requests expiring deals.
- Maintains bid pricing.
- Processes invoices and vendor billbacks.
- Maintains internal deviations.
- Resolves vendor disputes.
- Assists with the maintenance and reconciliation of Rebate Programs.
- Assists with additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
