Overview

The Accounting Specialist will perform invoicing, commission calculations, contractor payment, 3rd party invoice payment and month end reconciliation. May support general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities.

Responsibilities

Invoicing, reporting and collections

• Month-end closing, WIP accrual compilation and inventory
• Job costing analysis, billing inquiry and research
• Sales commission and job cost entry (A/P and Payroll)
• Auditing and processing credit card bills, check requests, and expense reports

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 1 - 3 years of billing experience
• Bookkeeping experience preferred
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
