Job description
We are looking for individual to code and class and run all transactions via QuickBooks and Microsoft office for our 27 partnerships and their expenses.
Applicant must have QuickBooks experience with both desktop and online versions
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a part time experienced team player with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills that can handle additional administrative duties as needed for our busy office.
Day and time are flexible
Some of the basic responsibilities are:
- Recording day to day financial transactions from bank and credit card activity
- keeping QuickBooks and excel schedules up to date for all projects
- preparing and sending invoices. make sure all invoices are paid .
- recording all expenses to the proper projects and providing bi-monthly reports of all project expenses for payment processing
- prints checks and record all transactions

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jenkintown, PA 19046: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
