ACI Architect Onsite role Denver , CO
ACI Architect will support Customers Network Engineering team responsible for deploying and maintaining service provider’s 5G wireless network. Architect will be involved in Building/designing/deployment and Ops work. This will include overnight change windows as well. Customer uses ACI multi-pod, so looking for experience in building and designing multi-pod. Work would be in standard business hours in Mountain timezone (8 am - 5pm MT)
Must-Have skills/experience for ACI architect:
- 10+ years of experience supporting Cisco technologies/products in large-scale customer network deployments.
- Networking knowledge with multiple platforms and expertise in Data Center
- In depth knowledge and Build/deployment experience of Cisco ACI(Application Centric Infrastructure)
- Data Center related certification (CCNP or CCIE)
- Knowledge and Experience with Nexus 9K platforms and Data Center Overlays
- Experience with building and designing multi-pod
- Expert level knowledge on SR-MPLS/STP/HSRP/LACP/PAGP/ IGRP/OSPF/EIGRP/BGP
- Ability to understand the end-to-end network architecture and communicate technology strategy and approach to internal and external teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into architectural direction/strategy
- Strong client facing skills
