DayDreamer Domes is seeking a experienced dedicated, professional, and motivated administration specialist and resort manager who will report to our Head Dreamer. This position has definite potential to grow into full time. The ideal candidate would need to be available during our current normal business hours, 8:00AM-6:00PM (Eastern time!) Monday-Thursday. Once we open (summer 2023) our hours will expand into the weekend. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE WEEKEND ABILITY! Candidates need to be able to reasonably commute to South Haven.
About DayDreamer Domes: We are a start up Glamping Experience located in South Haven Michigan and we have big dreams of being the next “Big Thing” in Glamping. We are in the process of putting the shovels in the ground so to speak now, with eyes on a launch event in the summer. We want to be an incubator for local artisans, a destination for explorers, and a place anyone can come and enjoy the wonder and nature of our property, a 145 acre former golf course and all that SW Michigan has to offer. Our plans include a pool, golf carts for guests to use to explore the property, and best of all interactive art! Will there be music, art, and general hysterics here? Absolutely!

Requirements:
- You must be a dreamer, a creative type, an out-of-the box thinker, and ideas person.
- You need to be outspoken, not afraid to speak up. We also want you to be a good listener.
- You will have Wi-fi access & a Computer since position is remote to start.
- High level of confidentiality, as this person will have full access to all emails the owner receives and will respond on his behalf in many occasions.
- Ability to multi-task, strong time-management & organizational skills.
- Tech savvy -Social Media and Marketing Experience REQUIRED.
- Ability to reasonably commute to South Haven weekly for any necessary work on-site and to meet in person with the team.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Daily morning phone call brief to inform of the day's upcoming events and schedule.
- Maintain online filing system (google docs) and keep a log of open items that will be reviewed and updated daily.
- Calendar/schedule management for owner’s personal/business schedule
- Manage all email correspondence/phone
- Daily social media postings, and active engagement
- Advanced communications and writing skills
- Advanced experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) ++
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
