Era Living is seeking a full-time Community Relations Associate to become the newest member of our Community Relations team at Ida Culver House Broadview, a beautiful retirement community/assisted living facility in North Seattle, WA. The Community Relations team is responsible for working with potential residents and their families who are looking for a retirement community. Together, they market the community through events and community outreach, use a consultative sales process, provide strong customer service, and help facilitate smooth transitions into our community. Primary Responsibilities:
This role supports the Community Relations staff in answering phones, greeting potential residents and their families, and acting as liaison between community members, employees, general public and administration.
Facilitates the move-in process with new residents, families and appropriate agencies, caseworkers, social workers, etc.
Coordinates and hosts all events for the Community Relations team, and acts as liaison between the corporate marketing team and community for marketing plans
Conducts tours, maintains relationships with potential residents, and generates interest in the community as needed
Maintains accurate and current information in customer relationship management (CRM) database. Responds to internet inquiries as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office required
Experience with a CRM software would be a plus
Well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
1 year office or sales/marketing experience preferred
