WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Administrative Assistant is a non-exempt position responsible for general office duties for the Information Services and Technology (ITS) department.
- Perform general office duties including assisting ITS leadership and department with scanning, filing, travel arrangements, and any other job related duties
- Operate office equipment, such as copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions
- Scan, upload and maintain files in SharePoint including all purchasing and other documents
- Update and maintain ITS policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research cost for ITS purchases and vendors/suppliers
- Process purchase requisitions, create, order, track, and update Help Desk technology orders of equipment, software and other services in Help Desk software
- Maintain and process credit card slips for ITS leadership and other departmental credit cards
- Complete the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for ITS team including mobile device usage and agency ITS trainings
- Process and maintain all iPhone/iPad/tablets/Cell phone request and maintain current staff information at provider site, Active Directory and spreadsheet on GCJFCS SharePoint site.
- Prepare and take meeting minutes for all ITS related meetings
- Monitor License maintenance and warranty renewals
- Complete the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- All other related job duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience in general office environment
- Experience working in the IT field, a plus
- Detail oriented, organized, and computer literate with strong telephone, customer service, and data entry skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and general Windows knowledge.
- Experience with Adobe Pro, a plus
- Team player and problem-solving skills are a must.
