This 25-hour-a-week job consists of:

Role and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include supporting Region Ministry in various Region initiatives, office management responsibilities, and Region communication to include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Region Office (as directed by the Executive

Minister). This includes management of Ross Point office, ordering supplies, running the copier, coordination of the Region Calendar, maintaining files (electronic & physical), and managing data bases.

  • Event coordination and registration for Region Events.
  • Region-wide Communication and Promotion – creation and distribution of periodic newsletters & mailings, Mail Chimp email communications, social media content, Region offering promotions, webinar/forum promotions, meeting notices, and any other regional initiatives that require promotion.
  • Administrative tasks in support of the Region Staff (Executive Minister, Associate

Executive Minister and Mentor Pastors) such as scheduling meetings via ZOOM, church visit coordination, mailings, external communications via email on behalf of the Staff, and other projects as requested by the Executive Minister.

  • Administrative support to the Executive Committee and Region Board.
  • Missions support tracking. Receiving, recording and depositing missions giving support.

Tracking disbursements. Coordinating with national denominational office. Coordinating with bookkeeper/accountant.

  • Will support the mission and ministry of the region.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma. College degree preferred.
  • Experience working in an office setting with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • This is a hybrid position with some work-from-home hours available. Must be able to complete hours and work with minimal supervision and have at-home Internet access.
  • Ability to work independently and multi task.
  • Preferred Skills: o Office Management/ Administrative o Answering phones with a positive friendly attitude o Strong written communication o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software o MailChimp and Social media o Very organized o Detail oriented o Self-starter o Forward-thinker o Team player o Able to work in a quiet environment o Web design not required but a plus o Video editing not required but a plus

  • Must be a committed Christ-follower and a local church member/regular attender.
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • 25 hours a week
  • $20 to $25 an hour, depending on experience and skill level.
