Yellowjacket is headquartered in Houston, Texas with field locations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Alaska. Job Duties and Responsibilities ? Answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee or voice mail ? Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately ?

Responds to visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner ? Opens and routes incoming mail ? Maintain aesthetics of Entry & Conference Rooms ? Prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages ?

Composes and types routine correspondence as required ? Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required ? Organizes and maintains file system; files correspondence and other records ? Orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance, and keeps reception area organized ?

Prepares and maintains meeting and conference room reservation and catering schedules; circulates schedule to appropriate staff ? Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues ? Respond to and/or resolve vendor calls/emails. ?

Maintain electronic filing system of Accounts Payable invoices and statements ? Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately ? Monitor Accounts Payable email inbox and route/process/forward emails as appropriate ? Performs other related duties as assigned by management Qualification Requirements ?

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, preferred. ? 2 - 4 years related experience ?

Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work creatively within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm ? Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills ? Ability to manage priorities and workflow ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
