Position Overview:

Provides administrative support to CORE s Mobile Testing Division by processing all medical tests performed per our clients requests and specifications. The Administrative Coordinator will carry out duties with varying degrees of independence as directed. Job performance requires time management, exceptional customer service, and reporting skills.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Evaluate and process all medical documentation received by the Mobile Testing Division using the established practices and systems
  • Ensure all medical tests were performed by CORE s Mobile team correctly and documented accurately per our clients specifications
  • Communicate with supervisor on all issues related to the medical documentation processing
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all document processing, data entry, and reporting
  • Utilize time management skills to provide clients with their requested data as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, patients, and medical providers
  • Respond to clients, patients, and physicians promptly via phone or email
  • Assist in billing clients for services using various processes and systems
  • Provide support to internal teams to achieve divisional performance targets
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED – required
  • Some college classes - preferred

Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years minimum of MS Excel skills is required.
  • 1 – 2 years administrative support in a fast-paced office environment experience is preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
