We are a Property Management Company servicing over 200 units in the Philadelphia area. We have an opening for an Administrative Property Coordinator and we are looking for an applicant with a strong customer service background and a good knowledge of property management.

Duties include (but not limited to):

● All day-to-day tenant relations: repairs, violations, collecting monthly rent, emails and phone calls

● Prepare paperwork for all rental applicants and lease agreements, perform necessary background checks as requested by management in regards to the rental application, review all repair work orders for assignment and invoices for payment

● Communicate with the Maintenance supervisor and team about all new and on-going repairs and verify that the repairs are complete.

● Work daily on rental and property programs involving: LCP, PHA, Buildium Web

● Receive all incoming calls for the office and delegate calls to appropriate team members.

● Handle all PGW, PECO, PWD accounts and City of Philadelphia (311, compliance, violations) inquiries, all dispute online violation

● Travel to City of Philadelphia for all evictions and court proceedings as directed by Management

● Advertise all rental vacancies on Craigslist, Zillow, Section 8, VA, etc.

● Schedule showings to potential tenants (*option for commission pay)

Knowledge of Yardi and Buildium is a PLUS

Position Requirement:

● Experience Property Management and Office Administration +1yr

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Extremely organized

● Multi-taking is a must

● Knowledge of City of Philadelphia website

● Expert in Microsoft Office Software

● Professionalism in making and receiving daily emails, phone calls, faxes, scans

● Full Time - 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday (*optional for commission pay)

We are offering, retirement plan and paid time off after the probationary period for all full-time employees.

Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour - depending on experience.
