Inside the Role
This administrative support role will fill key telecommunications functions at Detroit Diesel. The candidate for this role will have technical abilities to administer smart phones and other department devices and communication skills to support employees and other corporate team members. This role requires an understanding of mobile devices, device asset management processes, and the ability to provide administrative support, as needed.

Position offers a starting salary range of $50,500 - $64,500 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Provide support to mobile device users, including ordering, setup, configuration, and account management functions
- Aid in resolving issues with mobile device software and hardware
- Coordinate mobile device replacements and other support functions
- May also perform duties to support office reception functions including receiving, screening and directing incoming calls, visitors, mail and email
- May perform clerical tasks (e.g., mail distribution, word processing)
- May also support department employees and other administrative staff, and take on routine daily tasks
- Use business software and applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) in support of staff
- Maintain files, records, calendars and diaries
- May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, organize business events, and/or track expenses
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Associate degree preferred and prefer 2 years of relevant experience or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- General knowledge of mobile device operating systems (for example, iOS) and mobile device management software
