Position Purpose
In conjunction with the Associate Director of Admissions, supports recruiting and enrolling outstanding students to Geisel graduate programs through event logistics and system management.

Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp
Bachelors plus 1-2 year(s) of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Technical experience with Technolutions Slate or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Exceptional oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as confidence and clarity in public speaking.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on various sensitive information and materials.
  • Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of health systems and higher education.
  • Ability to work independently with strong motivation for continual improvement.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, willing to share ideas and feedback to promote the future success of projects.

Key Accountabilities

Description
Enrollment CRM System Management
  • Manage the CRM (Slate), including prospective and current student data management, event communication logistics, application workflows, survey creation and analysis, decision processing, and marketing integrations.
  • Create reports and dashboards to help inform marketing, recruiting, and retention activities.
  • Assist with the organization and management of the admissions and interview committees.
  • Stay current on Slate updates and enhancements, document processes and best practices, and provide training to team members as needed.

Recruitment Operations
  • Responds appropriately to applicants’ and admitted students’ questions and assists in activities associated with achieving admissions and enrollment priorities.
  • Coordinates and participates in all recruitment event logistics, both in-person and virtual, including group presentations, partner recruitment fairs, and office hours.
  • Maintains external organization profiles (Handshake, CareerEco, APHA).
  • Maintains up-to-date admissions information on the websites.
