About us
LifeSavers Foundation, a life-affirming non-profit serving people in crisis by providing free medical services for women and children and the community at large with goods from its resale store.
We are seeking an experienced nurse practitioner and/or physician assistant (Provider) to join our team. At least some Spanish highly desired. Our clinics are unique because we provide free healthcare to children and women who have limited or no access to healthcare. We have a clinic in a large food bank in Pleasant Grove and a mobile clinic. The Family Practice Primary Care Provider will be responsible for serving patients dealing with pediatric and women's health issues.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver appropriate care to patients.
- Communicate with patients and other medical professionals.
- Help patients make the right lifestyle choices.
- Provide information and support to patients and families.
- Manage patient care plans.
- Write prescriptions for medications.
- Perform physical exams.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $103,408.00 - $131,690.00 per year
