Kiva Adventure Ranch is a Residential Treatment Center for adolescent boys ages 12-18. A Guidance Mentor would provide safety and structure for the adolescent boys as they work through their struggles in a residential setting all while adding a sense of adventure! A Mentor needs to have patience, compassion, and the ability to set and keep strong boundaries. You may be asked to participate in outings and activities with boys such as: hiking, service projects, outdoor/indoor sports, etc. Must be 20 years or older.
Pay starts between $12-15 /hour DOE. You will also recieve a $1 raise when you complete your trainings and a $100 bonus if done within your first 90 days.
