Afternoon Floater Preschool Teacher Job at Kids Care Club
Kids' Care Club is looking to hire a floater teacher for our Childcare Center. All Kids' Care Club programs are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Kids' Care Club substitute teachers are able to:
- Keep children safe and healthy through proper supervision, authentic interactions and practicing good health habits.
- Take responsibility for creating an enriching environment that fosters nurturing, loving and caring experiences.
- Work collaboratively with others, model Kids’ Care Club work place values, and help to create a great work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating authentic connections with our families, school, community and each other.
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities in an environment that best meets the developmental needs of each child, supported by foundations in Child Development Theory.
- Implement standards set by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and Desired Results.
Substitute teachers may be asked to work and rotate between the Rancho Penasquitos and 4S Ranch locations.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.50 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Kids' Care Club maintains a healthy environment through daily disinfecting, ample ventilation/filtration in each classroom, capacity restrictions, and daily temperature checks to protect children, families, and teachers.
