What You’ll Do
Develop and manage the Modeling interfaces with Technology Partners and Financial Crime Operations to ensure effective and efficient transference of Modeling outputs (alerts) into the Case Management System, and Design and Manage system and platform data transfer protocols/controls
Document the models and related processes
Manage changes to infrastructure
Work with data producers to ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy
Drive the adoption to the strategic monitoring platforms and tools
Conduct data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization to support model development, collaborate with stakeholders to understand business risks and translate them into model specifications, as well as participate in model validation and testing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IT standards
How You’ll Lead
The role will require high collaboration primarily with the AFC Technology, Transformation & Remediation, Model Risk Management and AFC Financial Crime Operations leadership
Skills You’ll Need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
Relevant year’s of experience in developing analytical models and working with large datasets
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Structured Query Language (SQL)
Knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques, such as logistic regression, decision trees, random forest, neural networks, etc
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experienced at building and managing a team of experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) professionals across multiple locations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of anti-financial crime regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $200,000 to $300,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
