The Global Retail Markets Product Technology Solutions team leads management and development of end-to-end technology solutions, technology and vendor pipeline management, testing, prototyping, and scaling of solutions or services to meet evolving customer needs and marketplace trends. The Analyst position will be involved with optimizing third-party data to enable Personal Lines and Business Lines to achieve growth and profitability goals. This role will perform data-driven insights and make recommendations to implement new data sources into our PL and BL prefill, underwriting, and rating processes.
The role will report to the Director, Product Research of our Testing & Implementation team and help drive execution of Liberty’s Product Technology Solutions priorities.

Responsibilities
Under general direction, evaluate vendors, perform data driven analyses, and implement new data sources- Conduct analyses with moderate complexity to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
- Partner closely with Delivery teams to facilitate product evaluations and implementations
- Present analyses, recommendations, and results to senior management and vendor partners
- Mentor, formally and informally, by becoming a subject matter expert for assigned vendor products and provide basic analytical coaching to less experienced analysts.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
- Minimum 2 year's relevant experience, typically 3 years.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
- Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
