Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Finance, Contracts, IT and Accounts Payable to review rebate calculations, process rebate payments and notifications, and ensure compliance to market share and other applicable terms
Provide rebate support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries related to rebate terms, calculations, and payments
Maintain and track new rebate agreements and amendments including extensions, rebate structure changes, and terms and conditions while ensuring accuracy
Support Sales Ops leadership with standard reporting and analyses
Proactively identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for rebates
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and participate in special projects to support the growth of the business
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
Minimum 3 years previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets and database management
Proven experience working with commercial teams
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and preferred experience in related tools and applications (e.g. JDE, Salesforce.com, Tableau and/or SQL)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Good knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategies
Strong business acumen, preferred in the Health Care/Medical Devices industries
Strict attention to detail with accountability for accuracy of data and analyses
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work is performed independently on sections of projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
