    Elementary Teacher (multiple positions available) - Pine Grove School (K-4)

    Qualifications: Proper Connecticut teaching certification required (013); skilled professional with excellent communication, clarity of instruction, data-based decision making and team work;experience with Smartboards. Chromebooks, and technology desired. Expertise in differentiated instruction, guided reading, and workshop models preferred. Must meet Federal Highly Qualified Teacher requirements.

    Responsibilities: Provide high quality instruction to elementary students and all responsibilities associated with a teaching position in Avon Public Schools.

    Terms of Employment:
    Assignment to begin on August 17, 2023. Salary and benefits in accordance with the Agreement Between the Avon Board of Education and the Avon Education Association.
