Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice Engineer with Hines, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Respond to tenant requests- Operate mechanical equipment
- Complete and maintain logs
- Perform preventative maintenance and handle general repair
- Position provides on the job training and an opportunity to further develop skills for a career in building engineering
Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution- One or more years related experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests
- Compensation: $43,800 - $65,700; 3% Bonus Pool
