Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Architect / Engineering Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the technical team in the development of our client’s CMS platform using Amplience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical team in the development of our CMS platform using Amplience
- Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Develop and maintain technical architecture and design documents
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in CMS development and recommend technical improvements to the platform
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in CMS development using Amplience
- Strong experience in software architecture and design patterns
- Proficient in Java, Spring, and React
- Experience with cloud-based architecture and AWS services
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
