In addition to protecting company personnel and assets, Security Guards serve as our directors of first impressions by checking customers into the store and orientating them to our flow and process. They also act as first responders in the event of customer illness or injury and monitor the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment for our patients, staff, and the surrounding community and work with the Team in creating an exceptional customer experience.

As Justice Cannabis' Part-time Security Guard, you will perform a variety of tasks including:

• Monitoring and controlling access at building
• Monitoring alarm systems, video cameras, and detection
• Observing for signs of crime or disorder and investigating issues or disturbances
• Acting lawfully ensuing force for the direct defense of life or
• Writing incident reports relating to criminal, medical, or nuisance
• Ensuring all incidents are recorded in the safety and security log
• Investigating and reporting all suspicious
• Patrolling buildings and conducting perimeter walks of assigned dispensaries and cultivation facilities; and,
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age requirement 21
• Valid PA driver’s license
• PA Act 235 and PA Concealed Carry Permit
• Prior Law Enforcement, Corrections or Military experience
• 2 Years’ experience in Armed Security Transport preferred
• Experience over the road driving preferred
• Strong oral communication skills, human relations and interpersonal skills
• Ability to successfully pass state background check
• Good driving record
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to fluently read and write the English language.
• Ability to follow directives issued verbally and in writing.
• High school diploma or GED required, some college education preferred.
• No smoking in delivery vehicle
