SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking versatile Paver Operators for our asphalt crews. The Paver Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the asphalt paver. The Paver Operator will primarily work on project sites in the Central PA market. A successful candidate should possess a positive attitude and at least 1 year of prior experience operating heavy equipment. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Operates equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and procedures
• Ensures company equipment is maintained and in good running condition by greasing and checking fluids
• Perform daily machine inspection and routine greasing, oiling, and fueling
• Clean equipment as necessary during and after work is performed
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous equipment operating experience
  
• Maintain daily maintenance on the paver
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
