Pure Fitness are hiring for an Assistant Gym Manager to take a hands-on role within the club with a focus on member engagement, Personal Trainer support, driving standards, supporting commercial performance and group exercise.

You will proactively monitor and drive member engagement at gym floor level, owning member feedback and partnering with your Gym Manager to ensure a safe and legal environment for our members to train in. You will support your GM to create effective sales and marketing plans, driving club joiner activity, club outreach and community events and activities.
You will support your GM with people performance and will work closely with the Personal Trainer community providing appropriate support and proactively driving PT hiring.
Leading from the front, you will ensure best in class execution of the Pure Fitness brand. You will be the driving force behind the execution of Gym Floor standards and will support the development and delivery of a successful group experience program where your active involvement will showcase high engagement, ownership and will exemplify what “great looks like” in your club.

- You will be a talented and engaged manager, with a true passion for the industry and a minimum Level 2 fitness qualification
- You will have a strong desire to support the development of high performing teams and will balance your people skills whilst working closely with your Gym Manager to positively impact the commercial results
- You will act as an agent for change, positively bringing out the best in others and will demonstrate a leading from the front approach demonstrating high flexibility in both style and approach
