Evergreen IS Texas City is looking to hire a self-motivated Project Manager/Assistant Site Supervisor to help deepen existing business relationships by continuing to increase account satisfaction with ownership of contractual service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote ENAIS Safety Standards (Ensure health and Safety is the number priority by complying with all safety work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner)
• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers at plant level (Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to Evergreen IS)
• Ability to follow and develop detailed job procedures.
• Adaptability to difficult situations at the spur of the moment (A strategic thinker-able to communicate effective (both written and verbal) and influence all field level employees)
• Working knowledge of all aspects field auditing including personnel, equipment, JSA, project service tickets
• Some mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills of commonly used equipment I.E. hydro-blasting pumps, air machines, liquid vacuum trucks (Provide leadership to internal organization by partnering with and adding direction, training and coaching to front line employees to ensure that all goals are attained)
• Good understanding of water volumes, pressures and flows of High Volume/PSI pumping equipment and vacuum equipment.
• Partner with customer to understand business needs and objectives

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in the Industrial Cleaning Industry, automated equipment experience a plus
• Class A CDL, recommended
• TWIC Card
• Clean driving record

Conditions of Employment

• Successful completion of mandatory training requirements, including a background check and drug and alcohol screening
