• Assist with hiring, orienting, training, supervising, evaluating, motivating, communicating with, leading and disciplining all employees in store.
• Ensure planning, direction, and scheduling of employee work in order to optimize labor utilization and align with workflow and profitability.
• Maintain inventory control and direct the taking of inventory in order to optimize cash flow for the organization.
• Enforce and follow all rules, policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with State and Federal Laws, DOT and OSHA Regulations.
• Monitor customer pricing for strict control of gross-profit margins.
• Perform administrative duties as necessary.
• Maintain relationships with key customers.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word.
• Other duties assigned.

• Minimum of a HS diploma/GED.
• Familiar with and competent knowledge of Microsoft Applications. (Office, Excel, Word)
• Team player with exceptional customer service skills.
• 1-2 years of previous supervisory and/or management experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in similar type of business preferred.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple stats in a face paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
