CARS Recon Inc. is NOW HIRING Full-time Auto Detailers in Matteson, IL.

SUMMARY

It is our job to detail/clean cars in the auto auction industry so that they are ready for the auction’s sale each week. This is a fast-paced position that requires a strong attention to detail and exceptional teamwork and communication. Career training and growth opportunities available. Mandatory overtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Detail the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet the auction’s needs
• Detailing includes but is not limited to scraping, spraying, scrubbing and polishing vehicle in its entirety using scrapers, brushes, cloths, cleaners, disinfectants, abrasives, vacuums and hoses.
• Shovel, sweep and vacuum loose debris and salvageable scraps from vehicle into large waste containers. Remove containers from work areas as needed.
• May be subject to indoor/outdoor and various weather conditions.
• Effectively utilize a variety of equipment, cleaners, polishes and waxes to ensure that vehicle is successfully detailed to company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience necessary. We will train!
• Must be 18+ to apply
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Driver’s license is NOT required but PREFERRED
• Ability to safely and effectively operate shop equipment
