Transmission and Automotive Customer Service Manager (CSM)

As a Customer Service/Sales Manager for AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care in Spring/Klein, TX, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to drive business and ensure outstanding customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads as well as customer satisfaction ratings
  • Generate cold leads and close sales
  • Meet, greet and recommend transmission & automotive repair services to customers
  • Manage technician workflow and the status of customer vehicles’ repairs
  • Order parts and inventory
  • Manage parts cost as percentage of sales cost
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the center's business, operations, and work product

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a track record of success
  • This is not a retail sales role! Complex sales experience is required
  • Ability to learn & communicate with others about automotive and transmission repair
  • Excellent one-time closing skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
  • Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
  • Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
  • Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
  • Must have valid driver's license

Skills:

  • Ability to Type Effectively (~20-40 WPM) to Generate Sales Estimates and Invoices
  • Effective Use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to Develop Sales Estimates and Invoices in Company Electronic Point of Sales Tool

Salary:

  • Commission Salary Based on individual’s performance & success leading the Center
  • Ranging from $78,000 to $104,000+ per year
