Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one with customers to determine vehicle needs
• Staying knowledgeable on all vehicle features and accessories – including new arrivals
• Writing up customer sale agreements
• Creating sales leads through in-bound calls, walk-ins, internet prospects, etc.
• Maintaining strong customer follow-up to ensure repeat business and referrals for you and for the store
• Introducing customers to our wonderful service, parts and quick lane departments
