Position Title: Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing AV/VTC Scheduler/Technician

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Job Description:

AV/VTC Schedulers/Technicians require excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software and network connections. VTC

Schedulers/Technicians must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in VTC bridges, hands-on experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and end points, as well as experience setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards etc.)

Typical duties include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpoints
• Installing and configuring VTC applications, system software and upgrades
• Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issue
• Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
• Supporting AV requirements for Command events and ceremonies

Educational Requirement: None

Certification Requirements:

• DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II *

Experience Requirements:

• At least four years of experience supporting and troubleshooting AV/VTCs equipment in Government environment, as well as troubleshooting and fixing AV/VTC hardware and software.
