Hermann Bungalows is a modern ultra luxury resort designed by Steve Hermann. The pool bar pavilion serves craft cocktails, unique wines, and fresh food options while overlooking the most dramatic desert mountain views in Palm Springs.
Lead Bartender / Mixologist . This exciting role will lead all aspects of guest experience within a luxury bar setting and will function as the active Lead Bartender for our pool Bar. An oasis in the desert become synonymous for comfort and elegance.
Could this be the hospitality career opportunity for you?
- You are a savvy Bartender with upscale hospitality experience within fine dining restaurants, hotels or lounges;
- You have experience leading, training and motivating bartenders/teams
- You have a knack for guest satisfaction, engagement and elevating the guest experience;
- You've managed high-end bar programs;
- Are comfortable working at the bar up to 80%;
- Can work in an outdoor bar
