Penny Coffee Roasters in Glendora, CA is looking for one barista to join our team. We are located on 905 E Arrow Hwy. at the Glendora Public Market, just off the 210!
Our ideal candidate is one with open availability who is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

*Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and following Penny recipes *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines *Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Communicate with the team and maintain motivation to learn *Accept and implement feedback *Assist with Production by bagging and packing coffee orders *Become familiar with the coffees, beverages, and services we offer at Penny

*Proven working experience as a barista *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Our baristas earn $15.50 hourly, plus tips which are distributed on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. Open availability and an active Food Handler card are both requirements for this position.
