Mission Yogurt is seeking Cashiers, Sandwich Makers, and Baristas for Einstein’s Bagels at San Diego International Airport.

This position is responsible for greeting guests, taking guest orders and payment, preparing, and delivering high-quality products in a timely manner, and creating a positive energetic atmosphere for the guest!

What We Are Looking For:

• Candidates with restaurant, retail or customer-facing experience preferred;
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction;
• Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication and Flexibility;
• Upholds a professional and approachable style and presentation;
• Takes guest orders and payment using the Point Of Sale (POS) system;
• Prepares beverages and serves food products according to set policies and procedures;
• Flexibility in daily tasks and responsibilities;
• Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures;
• Executes Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards and procedures;
• Able to work weekends;
• Must be at least 18 years of age & able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines;
• Position requires prolonged sitting, walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, twisting, repetitive use of hands, simple and power grasping with hands, pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• All Mission Yogurt employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. All persons offered a position will be required to provide valid proof of vaccination prior to starting employment. The only exceptions to being vaccinated are verified and approved medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs.
