Barista/Coffee Maker

Our family is roasting and brewing coffee since the late 1800's and for us coffee serving is a culture, not a business!

We are currently seeking a friendly, handy, hard-working, experienced barista to join our team.

Applicants should have :

First and foremost, need to love coffee and need to present coffee in a professional way! In our words a barista is someone who is passionate about making&serving coffee,knows about different roast profiles and knows how to pull a proper espresso shot. Basic knowledge about culinary items, bakeries and most important creating incredible guest experiences is very important in our application!

What you should expect:

- A flexible schedule and be available to work at least 3 shifts a week (including weekends), 20-35+ hrs/week . We can easily increase your hours to 40 hours a week once your training is complete!

-Friendly, employee-oriented management

- Highest hourly pay in the industry for qualified candidates $13-$15 (note most of our barista's make $19-26/hour including tips).

-Standart pay rate for non-qualified baristas! Base hourly rate is $13+tips you will receive this no matter what!

What we prefer : At least one year of barista experience. The candidate should be able to pull espresso shots, dial-in espresso, needs to be familiar with different espresso-based drinks. He/She should know about different brewing methods such as pour-over, french press and cold brew! Other than that Punctuality,cleanliness and organized candidates behind the bar are preferred!

Opening & Closing Store(deepending on the shift)

Cleaning front of house ,behind bar and maintaining cleanliness!

Cash Register work

Making espresso drinks, pour-over, cold brew & hot brewed coffee

Preparing end-of-day inventory, restocking, and monitoring pastry inventory throughout the day.

Extra Requirements:

Food Handlers Certification is not required but would be a plus~Video conference like Facetime or Zoom might be required for the first interview !'
