BDC SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities

• Processes in/out bound Service Calls for Kia stores
• Assist service advisor with preparing for customer arrival
• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
• Maintain and update guests’ information
• Sorting and filing paperwork
• Coordinate communication
• Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Xtime, FX scheduling, Reynolds, CDK experience preferred
• Team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Candidates are required to pass a drug test background check
• Great customer service and communication skills necessary
