Little Miami Learning Center is actively seeking an energetic
Before and After School Kindergarten Teacher!
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
Our goal is to hire quality individuals who have the talent, knowledge, and desire to assist children, teens and adults in accomplishing physical, spiritual and developmental goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years of age, high school graduate. Applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
Must be willing to obtain CDA within 6 months of starting. (We will pay for it)
Hours and Days M-F, 11:30 am - 5:30 pm
Rate of pay $11.50/hour, may increase based upon experience, education/certifications.
The successful candidate must have a commitment to the YMCA mission and values; be successful in relationship building across the organization and community, be innovative and resourceful.

Childcare tuition discounts Discounts available for working minimum of 29 hours per week: Receive 1/2 off tuition for your children under age 3 or free tuition over age 3.
Continuing education Following 6 months of employment, TEACH Grant opportunities are available for FREE education: CDA Certification, Associates and Bachelors in Early Education.
All part-time staff working a minimum of 16 hours per quarter will receive a complimentary individual membership to the Countryside YMCA!
