Kidsource is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Little Rock area.

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with children with autism to teach functional communication, social, and adaptive skills by following a treatment plan prescribed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized behavior plans designed by a BCBA to teach functional alternatives to behaviors that may be harmful or that interfere with a child’s continued development
• Collect and record data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals to assist the BCBA in making informed decisions about a child’s treatment
• Maintain a positive learning environment, rapport with the child and their stakeholders, and compliance with the ethical guidelines produced by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
