Job Description


We are currently searching for a Bid Analyst in our Bid Department at our Carson headquarters
to facilitate the efficient creation and delivery of bids, bid reviews, and proposals. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. You will partner with several business units to produce high-quality proposals that respond to the unique needs of our customers. With an eye toward efficiency, you will also help create a series of templates so that we can quickly produce proposals for even the most complex customer needs. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. A day in the office looks like this:

  • Analyze RFBs/RFPs/RFQs to best understand customer needs
  • Produce high-caliber proposals that meet customer specifications and deadlines
  • Create a suite of templates that the department can utilize to quickly respond to customer requests
  • Collaborate with several internal departments and vendors to ensure all business needs are met and bids are produced on time
  • Provide exceptional customer service for our customers throughout the bid process

Qualifications


Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of experience in reviewing and responding to RFBs/RFPs/RFQs
  • Experience reviewing, understanding, and interpreting contractual language
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation with excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience in Adobe and Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal & people skills
