Wheel Fun Rentals - Guest Service Staff Job Description
Come rent bikes and boats at the lake at Denver’s beautiful City Park! Wheel Fun Rentals is looking for a part-time seasonal Guest Service Staff member.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position is accountable for offering excellent guest service and increasing location sales.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Guest Service: Meet and greet all guests. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) machine to collect payment.
Provide safety instructions.
Prioritize excellent customer service to each and every guest.
Grass-Root Marketing: Support ongoing marketing efforts by distributing brochures and increasing sales by utilizing coupons, up-selling concession items, and other sales promotions.
Product Display and Maintenance: Make sure that all products are well organized, maintained, in proper working order, cleaned daily, and secured at all times.
Paperwork and Reports: Fill out all paperwork and reports thoroughly and legibly.
Team Work: Work well with all other staff members to ensure that you are creating a family-friendly,
positive, and solution-oriented workplace.
REQUIREMENTS:
Honest, out-going team player that seeks to learn and grow. Must be able to fluently speak English, work outdoors in changing weather conditions, walk for long periods of time, lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds. Strong and effective communication skills.
Previous customer service experience (preferred)
Position Reports to: Operations Manager
Pay Rate: $17.29 (guaranteed) per hour plus tips
Hours: Part-Time and Full-Time Seasonal (Spring-Fall) positions available.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.87 - $17.29/hour.
