Orlando Freightliner is the premier heavy truck dealer in Central Florida

We are seeking the right team member for an open position in our Fast paced parts store. The right candidate will be a team player with high energy and be self motivated. The functions of this position will include:

Assisting Customers with payment for orders, including handling cash, checks and credit card payments.

Recording payments accurately and balancing payments against a report

Assisting sales people, with helping customers and occasionally answering phones.

Issuing credits and refunds.

Assisting with other facets in this diverse environment, including verifying inventory counts, posting incoming invoices, etc..

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE & TRAINING

Computer literacy desired. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English. Ability to speak in English and Spanish effectively before individuals, groups of customers, or employees of organization.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to moving equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, fumes or airborne particles. The employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The building doesn't have climate control and as such the employee will be exposed to cold and heat depending on the weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
